I find myself changing obsessions about every few months or so.

These past weeks I found myself really obsessed with web design, and by now I've learned a bunch of random tidbits about web design languages, web application building, and some details about back-end development, but nothing really solid that could constitute a foundation for website building.

I like to draw. I'd really like to animate. I want to make games (I have substantial training in Java, which combined with LWJGL, properly equips me with the technical capacity to create a game) I want to achieve something, but I feel like I can't without giving up another of my interests. I suppose I'm still relatively young, so I feel it's okay that I'm not making huge progress here. But I'm floundering in limbo. Eventually, I need to dedicate myself to something, and at least make myself adequate at it.

So here's my bucket list, as it were, of skillsets that I hope to gain in the future:
Web design
Game design
Drawing (esp. digital art)
Animation

So it goes on.

Hello nonexistent viewers,

I've been gone recently reading up on Java and experimenting. More importantly, I've been trying to learn ActionScript 3.0 using FlashDevelop. I hope something comes of this.

Expect more drawings soon.

Oh, here's a super useful tutorial for anyone who wants to develop Flash games.

I really, really want to get back to drawing again. I'm not writing this for you, dear reader, but for myself (however if you are reading this, I applaud you for finding my .00000000000001% of Newgrounds).

Again, I want school to end so badly. But I shall trudge on! Then, perhaps I shall start up my endeavor once more.

That's four submissions in a single week. Phew. I look forward to the time I can do this again; I've learnt so much. Support is much appreciated!

With my newfound illustrating style and knowledge of Photoshop, I'm eventually going to re-do or modify my old drawings. I will also be chugging out new ones, depending on how busy I am at school. My last three submissions were done as a result of my enormous amount of free time during spring break, so I might stop drawing for a while to keep up with schoolwork. Support is much appreciated!

I am pleased to say that within a few weeks of setting my goal, I have become scouted by a NG user by the username of Luxembourg.

Thanks so much!

Just kidding.

But really! Normally I have this dilemma where if I'm drawing on my tablet, I don't have access to a keyboard. So, I asked my dad for the wireless keyboard he never uses and he gave it to me. I also made some custom key caps which remind me of the keyboard shortcuts on Photoshop, and custom made a metal wire support so that my keyboard can be at a slant.

I eventually plan to get a Wacom Bamboo pen tablet, as well as a better computer (one that can actually run Photoshop smoothly...jeez). This will allow me access to my actual keyboard, AND probably allow me pressure sensitivity in Photoshop because my current Wacom tablet driver doesn't allow that for some stupid reason.

Comment if you have any suggestions about my current workstation!

Workstation Optimized.

There's no 'determined' mood so I picked Angry Faec. I hope that's not misinterpreted.

I've always known that my drawings were unscouted, but I never exactly wanted to become scouted.
I guess I just didn't have the motivation, what with school and all that stuff.
I read a thread on the forums and I finally discovered what it meant.

I think that having goals is important, so my next goal is to become a scouted NG artist. I know it's not a terrific goal, but it's something to start with. From there... well, I'll see how far I get.

Thanks for reading!

A handy, quick coloring tool.
What more could you ask for??

Airbrush is my new best friend.
